McGowans Print LED Retrofit
McGowans Print approached ECI Energy with a view to reducing their carbon footprint and improving the quality of light in their large premises in Dublin. ECI Energy replaced over 400 inefficient light fittings with highly efficient Prelux LED versions with no upfront cost to McGowans.
The upgrade resulted in 104,000kWh savings, or €15,000 in energy savings per annum. In environmental terms this amounts to a significant saving of 99,000Kg CO2.
ECI Energy provided a full turnkey service, including design, supply, installation, comprehensive 5 year warranty, SEAI energy grants and recycling of all the old light fittings.
