ECI Energy replaced over 400 inefficient fluorescent light fittings at MCC Label with 265 energy efficient Prelux LED Saturn highbays which actually resulted in an increase in lux levels and light quality throughout the production floor.
The total turnkey project, which was carried out with no upfront cost to MCC label, resulted in a saving of 167,000kWh of energy usage, 88 tonnes of CO2 and €10,000 savings per annum for the company.
The ECI Energy Lighting as a Service package includes design, supply, installation and recycling of all old fittings, while also ensuring the company received their SEAI energy grants for the project.
