Large Office Lighting Upgrade

This was a large office lighting upgrade completed in Dublin city centre where a total of 172 inefficient light fittings were removed, recycled and retrofitted with highly energy efficient LED equivalents.

The upgrade resulted in a saving of 21,000kWh of energy, or €2,940 in annual savings, all completed with no upfront capital costs to the client using our Lighting as a Service model. The project was repaid via the electricity savings generated by the new energy efficient LED lighting. The project also resulted in a vastly superior quality of light throughout the building, greatly improving the work environment for employees.
